We are a boutique outpatient psychiatric practice providing telehealth services. Together we can develop an individualized treatment plan based on your unique needs and goals.
We evaluate and treat mental health disorders with medications if necessary. We can also refer clients for more focused therapy. Each client will receive an individualized treatment plan to meet their needs and goals. We discuss lifestyle modifications that can benefit your health.

Summer Flynn is a psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner with experience treating adults ages 14 years and older.

WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS?
Office hours are Monday- Friday 9am-7pm. We are closed on major holidays and the week between Christmas and New Years Day.
DO YOU PROVIDE THERAPY?
We specialize in medication management but do also provide brief supportive therapy. For more focused therapy, we can help refer you to a therapy provider.
WHAT AGES DO YOU TREAT?
We are licensed for all ages but are currently accepting patients 14 years to 65 years.
DO YOU TAKE INSURANCE?
We are in network with: Aetna, Cigna, Oscar, Oxford, United Health Care in New York only.
We are not in network with Medicaid or Medicare.
We offer out-of-network services and private pay services. We can provide you with documentation so that you may request reimbursement from your insurance company.
HOW MUCH ARE APPOINTMENTS?
New patients are $250 and follow ups are $150 by credit or debit only.
DO YOU HAVE SLIDING SCALES OR PAYMENT PLANS?
We do not have sliding scales or payment plans. Payment is expected at the time of appointment, and we do require a credit card on file (including insurance) to book an appointment.
HOW SOON CAN I GET AN APPOINTMENT?
You can get an appointment in 1 to 2 weeks.
WHAT CONDITIONS DO YOU TREAT?
We treat Depression, Anxiety, OCD, ADHD, Bipolar, PTSD,
DO YOU PRESCRIBE?:
We prescribe all kinds of psychiatric medications. We do NOT prescribe benzodiazepines or "rescue" medications such as xanax, ativan, or clonazepam. with the exception of safe tapers off.
WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
We are licensed in New York, New Jersey, and Florida. Currently, we are only a telehealth provider.
WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL?
You must cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment time. If you cancel within the 24 hour window, you will be charged a $75 cancellation fee.
